Vintage Ballreich’s Potato Chip Bag Wonderful retro graphics on this vintage potato chip bag from Ballreich’s of Tiffin, Ohio. The bag held three ounces of Barb-B-Q Marcelled Potato Chips which cost 25 cents. Based on the graphics, the price, and the phone number, this looks to date to the 1960s or so. The bag is made of a waxed paper. About 14” by about 6.5.” CONDITION: Some normal handling wear and creasing, normal age toning and normal vintage soiling, some minor edge wear and corner wear, etc. · Some normal aging toning to paper, some normal creases and rippling, etc., all commensurate with the material (which would have shown rippling when originally produced) and the age of the item. · Some light reddish areas at top on both front and back, possibly ink transfer. · Light-ish red ink smudge at lower right. · Some normal printing imperfections, some specks here and there. The bag is empty. No longer for food use. Any props not included. Colors can vary across devices, so the colors and brightness should be considered an approximation.
